Blackborough road is situated in a area of natural beauty, the site backs onto a church yard and is behind a number of large traditional homes. The Architects MH Architects designed a very traditional building incorporating traditional external finishes that fits with its surroundings perfectly yet has created 17 new homes for local resentence.

Completed in March 2011, 43-45 Blackborough Road is a development of 17 flats (16 x 1 bed and 1 x 2 bed) in Reigate. The site was previously used as a Council depot. The 17 new homes compromise of 12 for rent and 5 for intermediate rent. The homes are managed by Raven Housing Trust
